Use pots/pans that don’t have PFC or nonstick surfaces. This might be hard to find nowadays, but old school iron cooking pans and steel pots usually don’t have them. In addition, be sure to use non-metal utensils on Teflon surfaces, it could scrape the chemicals right into your food!
