Black Women for Wellness has established these interactive websites to share resources, information and education culturally attuned to African American and Black women. They are user friendly, encourages healthy lifestyles and interactive with visitors.

With monthly updates and e-mail blasts, Black Women for Wellness keeps current research and news, links to resources and reference information African American and Black women need to seek and secure health.

Blogs, podcasts and webinars are next on the agenda through our internet connection and cyberspace communications. Internet Quilt is closing geographic barriers by encouraging information sharing with international as well as national women seeking shared solutions to common challenges.
